Ingredients:
- 6 cups cooked Basmati Rice set aside
- 2 Eggs Scrambled in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and set aside
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Yellow Onion cut in thin strips
- 6 oz. Frozen Vegetable Mixture (Carrots Peas & Beans)
- 1/4 Cup Chives diced
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3-4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook and set aside Rice and Scrambled Eggs.
Heat Sesame Oil on Med-High heat. Add Onions and Vegetables. Sauté 5 minutes until soft. Fold in cooked rice, Butter, cooked eggs, chives , garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir over medium heat until fully mixed.
